Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions.

Gwen is passionate about health and well-being. She completed her Massage Therapy diploma in 2008. On the September 2008 of the Massage Therapy registration board exams she received special recognition for an outstanding result. Gwen practiced at Radiance Massage Therapy in North Delta and at Dawn Registered Massage Therapy in Surrey.

She enjoys hiking, running, and gardening.

Gwen brings her knowledge of training for physical fitness and applies it to training the body for the everyday activities that may result in injuries. She analyzes clients lifestyles and offers alternatives to improve function and outcome.
